This policy applies to all orders with Agile Tech Experts Private Limited. A signed Order may set different terms for that Order.
1. Payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees; GST and other applicable taxes are charged extra as shown on the tax invoice.
- Payment is due by the date on the invoice. Pay by bank transfer, UPI or cheque to the account printed on our invoice only. We never ask you to pay into a personal account. If in doubt, call us on +91 98100 57579 before paying.
- Usage-based services (minutes, messages, credits) are prepaid or billed as stated in the Order.
- Late payment may lead to suspension and interest at 18% per annum.
2. Cancellation
- Before work starts: you may cancel an Order in writing; we refund advance payments less any amounts already paid to third parties (Carriers, publishers, manufacturers).
- Subscriptions and monthly services: cancel with 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. Charges for the current period are not refunded.
- Setup, installation, customisation and consulting are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Non-refundable items
- Telecom and platform charges paid to Carriers or platform owners: number, DLT, header, trunk, WhatsApp, SMS and RCS charges, and used credits.
- Software licences once issued or activated (subject only to the publisher's own refund rules).
- Domain, hosting or cloud resources already provisioned.
- Services suspended or terminated because of a breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Hardware
- Check goods on delivery and report damage, shortage or a wrong item within 48 hours with photos.
- Dead-on-arrival items are replaced as per the manufacturer's DOA policy. After that, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
- Goods once sold are not taken back unless they are defective, wrong or approved in writing for return. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
5. Rentals
Rental charges are billed in advance for the rental period. Equipment must be returned in working condition; damage or loss is charged at repair or replacement cost. The security deposit, if any, is refunded within 15 days of return after deductions.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment source or the Client's business bank account within 15 working days of approval. We adjust taxes by issuing a credit note as required under GST law.
